Rosie is a Research Associate on the EU-AIMS Longitudinal European Autism Project (LEAP), where her role is Lead Scientist, coordinating the data collection at multiple levels. She was previously a Research Assistant on the MRC Cambridge Family Study of Autism, where she completed her PhD investigating cognitive and neural endophenotypes in adolescents with ASC and their siblings.

She is coordinator of the Cambridge Child Development Study, funded by the MRC, the Wellcome Trust, and ART. This is investigating the influence of fetal steroid hormones such as testosterone on later brain function, structure, and behaviour. She also coordinates the Early Brain Development Study.
